[English] Made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Partly vinified in oak barrels. Remarkably light golden color with fine mousse and long lasting effervescence. The nose starts with florality: lavender, roses, jasmine blossom and acacia followed by coconut, white chocolate, candied fruits, confit d’oignons with pink pepper, citrus and pronounced ripe juicy pineapple. [English] Made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Golden color with exquisite sparkle and very nice mousse. In the aroma we get butter and earth tones followed by ripe citrus fruit, white nectarine, blood orange, kumquat and yeast. A second glass revealed a beautiful red fruits Pinot Noir character. The mouthfeel is smooth and unctuous.
