Made of 100% Chardonnay from Eceuil. Straw color with an elegant effervescent and nice mousse. Complex and exciting nose of Brésilienne nuts, malt, apple jelly, mirabel, tangerines, rose grapefruit, rhubarb compote, nettle and tobacco. After swirling the glass it showed apricot pie, Chinese ginger syrup, praliné chocolate, Puligny Montrachet woody overtones and a complex minerality.
