Bourdaire-Gallois: Blanc de Blancs (2012)

Bourdaire-Gallois: Millésime 2004

[English] Made of 34% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier and 33% Chardonnay. Golden color with fine bubbles and fat tears on the glass. In the nose, we get raisins, curry, saffron, dark chocolate, baked chestnut mushrooms, baker’s yeast, plum, Oloroso, humus and very strong tones of roasted nuts. The mouthfeel is fairly grainy and dry.

Bourdaire-Gallois: Rosé

 [English] Made from 100% Pinot Meunier. Based on the 2010 harvest. Dosage 5g / l. Orangy pink color with very fine bubbles. Fresh nose of currant, raspberry, cherry, orange peel,  English licorice candy and some ham with underlying minerality. The mouthfeel is quite vinous and around. On the palate, we again get currant, raspberry and cherry

Bourdaire-Gallois: Millésime 2005

[English] Made of 45 % Chardonnay , 45 % Pinot Noir and 10 % Pinot Meunier . Dosage of 2.5 g/l. 24 carat gold color with very fine bubbles and light mousse . Mature aromas of ripe plum and prune, dried apricot , candied cherries and figs, cassis , kirsch and freshly baked crusty baguette .

[English] Made from 100% Chardonnay. Yellowgolden color with nice reflections, refined effervescence and soft mousse.
