[English] Made of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Light golden color with fine bubbles. The aroma sets off with fresh brioche, fine yeast and almonds followed by Boskoop apple, pear, white chocolate, raspberry, hint of apricot, crumbly croissant, orange zest and minerality.
