Egly-Ouriet: Brut Tradition

[English] Made from 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay. Beautiful light yellow color with extremely fine bubbles. Disgorged in May 2012. In the nose, we get nettle, apple, blackberry, raspberry, dried honey, wild flowers, hay, soft dough, peach and soft toast. The mouthfeel is soft but at the same expansive.  In the attack we get

[English]  Made of 100% Pinot Meunier.  Degorgement: August 2009. Light golden color with fine pearls which don’t last very long. It became a still wine when you move the glass. The scent is complex and very interesting. Perfect bakery yeast, Rhum Raisin, dried apricot, crust of brie cheese, some butter, iodine seebreeze and cherry. The
