[English] «Reviewed by Michiel Demarey & Ed Hodson» 2007 base, multi vintage made of 50% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir. Medium-gold color, with remarkably small bubbles. Very complex, yet precise aromas of candied citrus fruits, stonefruit, smoke, vanilla, seaspray and minerality with secondary aromas of caramelized almonds, red fruits and bread dough. Nice

[English] Drunk in June 2011. Light golden color with fine bubbles. Fresh aroma of jasmin, chalk, citrus fruit, apple acids, medium yeast, mint and almonds.
