[English] Made from 100% Chardonnay. Golden color with fine bubbles and fine mousse. On the nose: honeyed pear, peach, candied lemon, smokiness, almond oil,quince jam, cooked white asparagus, chamomile, a tip of toastiness and creamy cheese. The mouthfeel is full and creamy. On the palate we get ripe citrus, butter, pear, slightly stewed rhubarb and custard.
