[English] Tasted out of a Riedel Riesling Grand Cru glas. In the nose: red currant, raspberry anise, ham from Parma and roses. On the palate: strawberry, raspberry, white pepper, orange zeste, minerality and a hint of fennel. Delicate, sophisticated structure. The finish is medium+ with minerality and lemon acidity. Very young at the moment, should improve well by time.
