[English] The blend of this wine is something extraordinary. It consists of: a bit more than  1/3 vintage 2003 accompagnied by a bit more than 1/3 reserve wines from 1998, 1999 and 2002 that are partially vinified in oak foudres. This together with the addition of vintages 1993, 1998 and 1999 already vinified as Champagne!

[English] Tasted at Sandton Hotel Reylof in Ghent out of a big Schott & Zwiesel Vina wineglass. Made from 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Disgorged 7th of November 2007. Moët & Chandon: Brut Impérial Rosé 1993

[English] Copper red color with very little sparkle. In the aroma aroma: truffle, wet wood shavings, red peppers, cherry tomato, gingerbread,  tamarinde and sharp (oxidized) orange acids. [English] Glass used: Riedel Riesling Grand Cru/Chianti Classico. Assemblage: Pinot Noir 45%, Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Meunier 15%.Disgorged in March 2004.  Dosage: 7.5 g/l. Light golden color with refined sparkle. [English] Made of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Lightgolden color with quite impetuous sparkle and nice mousse. The scent is interesting but not an explosion of aromas: lovely sweet yeast, earthtones, minerals, woodland mushrooms and strawberry.
