[English] Light golden color with refined effervescence. Quite a superficial aroma of sabayon, appel, yeast, apple blossoms and camomile. The mouthfeel is pleasant. [English] «Reviewed by Michiel Demarey & Ed Hodson» Made of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay with 12% still red wine added. Aromas of citrus, sour cherry, orange, visalis, malt and a light haze of yeast. The mouthfeel is a bit flat. On the palate: Yeast, woodland strawberry, pomegranate, sour cherry and citrus acidity.

Courtin, Marie: Resonance (2008)

[English] Made of 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay + Pinot Blanc. No dosage added. Light golden color with very fine effervescence. In the scent: Granny Smith apple, lemon, grapefruit and crushed rocks. Light vinous of texture with good focus and nicely dry.  On the palate: unripe apple, lemon, raw dough and chalk. After a while I tasted some pear and raspberry at one point but not pronounced. The acidity is unpleasant suggesting that this wine is too young. The finish is short with lemon zeste and minerality.

Lamiable: cuvée Phéérie 2006

[English] Made of 100% Chardonnay from Tours-sur-Marne. In the scent: ripe yellow fruit, pear, red apple, yeast, brioche, hawthorn and breselienne nuts. Medium bodied. The texture is oily but transforms into a simple sparkling water texture. The taste is quite flat with ripe agrum fruit, pear and yeast. Not complex. The short aftertaste is slightly nervous

Château Lourdeaux: Brut Traditionelle

[English] Made of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay en 30% Meunier. A golden color with fine bubbles. In the scent: prune, rhubarb compote, candied pear, yeast and slightly toast.
