Château Lourdeaux: Cuvée Spéciale

[English] Made of 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier and 1/3 Chardonnay. Lightgolden color with fine sparkle. In the scent: Jonagold apple, pineapple and yeast. Simple texture reminiscent of commercial champagnes. I taste apple, agrum fruit, gooseberry and yeast with hard citric acid.  The balance could be better. The aftertaste is medium long with citrusfruit.

[English] Made of 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. Lightgolden color with fine sparkle. In the scent: non-ripe apple, orange and some red fruit with yeast. The texture is not mouthfilling.
