Bourdelat: Sélection

[English] Made of 25% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. A very light golden color with modest but fine sparkle. In the scent: slightly musty apple, gooseberry, raisin and yeast. The texture is watery and not full bodied. I taste white fruit (white berry, pear) and brioche bread. The aftertaste is medium long

Bourdelat: Rosé

[English] Made of 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Light strawberry color with fine bead. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, currant, ripe cherry, yeast and some smoke. The taste has mouthfilling cherry, strawberry and slightly grenadine (natural) notes, with pure fruit. Nice acidity. The finish is somewhat dry, with citrus fruit. This is a wonderful rosé.

Bourdelat: Prestige (harvest 2006)

[English] Made of 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 70% Chardonnay. Light golden color with impetuous bubbles. The aroma is very fruity. I smell: pear, kiwi, woodland strawberry,  gooseberry, candied citrus fruit and mild yeast. The texture has a fresh attack but becomes watery and because of that the wine doesn’t have enough body.
