[English] Made from 100% Chardonnay. Gold color with somewhat large bubbles. A ripe, greasy aroma of butter, quasi Verzenay (Pinot Noir character) yellow fruit, wood, gingerbread and yeast. [English] Light golden color with very light green reflection, fine bubbles and quite exuberant mousse. The fragrance: hawthorn, honey, chalk and beaten egg white. [English] Made of 100% Chardonnay. Light golden color with modest effervescence. On the nose: lemon,lemon zest, chalk, yeast and a whisper of apricot. The texture is quite creamy.
