Made from 100% Chardonnay. Very light golden color with fine bubbles. Aromas of Granny Smith apple, oyster, walnuts, butter and pleasant oxidation. The attack is sweet with papaya which evolves into nice acidity: lemon, apple, grape. Vinous texture, like drinking Chablis. Mineral aftertaste with pink grapefruit, lemon and a wonderful touch of oak.
