[English] Made from 100% Chardonnay. Bright golden yellow color with greenish reflections and a  very refined effervescence. Complex nose of croissant, fresh citrus fruit, pear, candied red fruit, blackberries, corn oil, lanolin, quince, butternut pumpkin, fleur de sel, warm sawed wood and even a tip of mocha. [English] Tasted in June 2011. Made of 100% Chardonnay grapes.  Light golden color with perfect strands of small bubbles. Fresh and vibrant smell of chamomile, grapefruit, rose,  dried yellow fruits. [English] Tasted in June 2011 .Very light color –typical of young Chardonnay– with  perfect streams of small bubbles. Very refreshing smell: dill, citrus fruits, white flowers, honeysuckle and almonds but not very expressive. On the palate: citrus fruits with minerals and yeast. Quite one dimensional and easy to drink. About 21 euro for a bottle.
