Caillez-Lemaire: Jadis 2006

[English] Made of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. Dosage of 5.5 g / l. Very seductive nose of Mirabelle, biscuit, yellow raisin, dried apricot, apple, caramel, butterscotch, vanilla and dried red fruits. After a longer while in the glass came baked apple, quince and brioche. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy.
