[English] Drank in May 2010.This Blanc de Blancs is quite an interesting champagne. A typical yellow chardonnay color with small bead. I smell apple, cooked pears, lemon, some toast and a hint of butter. The taste is interesting: tropical fruit like lychee and pineapple, with a modest aftertaste of hazelnuts. The finish is quite short.

[English] Drunk in May 2010. The standard cuvée: Cuvée Les Facettes,  made of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Green-yellow color with hard, aggressive bubbles.
