[English] No dosage added. Single parcel blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Arbanne, Chasselas, Petit Meslier , Gros Plant, Teinturier and perhaps other ones. [English] Made from 100% Pinot Noir. Dosage of 5g / l. Golden color with  shades of copper red, refined effervescence and soft mousse. Lovely nose of hawthorn, orange blossom, Italian lemon, peach, a slight haze of hot spicy wood with mace, bitter almond, refined flour, custard and dark cherry. It needs some time to open up.
